KIM SHEWCHUCK – SENIOR KITCHEN DESIGNER

Passionate about design from an early age, Kim joined our team just a few months after we opened. Having graduated in design in 2012, she already has several years’ experience as a kitchen designer. Her background reflects her love of the artistic, technical and complex aspects of kitchens.

No challenge is too big for Kim. Her creative and dreamy side enables her to design unique, thoughtful concepts perfectly adapted to her customers’ needs and desires. She excels in the art of translating ideas into reality, focusing on every detail to create spaces that combine functionality and aesthetics.

Kim’s strengths certainly lie in her attentive listening, infinite patience, remarkable efficiency and contagious positive energy. For her, every customer is unique and deserves personalized attention and transparent communication to bring their dream project to life. Josie is a senior interior designer and technical draughtswoman with 20 years’ experience in the field. She specializes in the development of concepts, plans and elevations for both presentation and technical purposes, as well as the creation of 3D drawings for kitchens, bathrooms, dressing rooms and much more. She always strives to incorporate the latest design trends while ensuring ergonomics and functionality.

GABRIEL GUIMOND – KITCHEN DESIGNER

A lifelong artist at heart, Gabriel holds a degree in Interior Design, and over the years has acquired solid experience in the field. His expertise will bring your dream kitchen to life with meticulous precision and an unrivalled passion for detail.

Each project is approached with a unique blend of dedication and analysis, reflecting both his heart and exceptional analytical mind. Guided by a creative vision and a deep understanding of kitchen spaces, Gabriel stands out for his innovative approach and commitment to excellence.

MELYSSA LAFLAMME – KITCHEN DESIGNER

Melyssa excels at solving the challenges of kitchen design. Her empathy and keen sense of listening enable her to fully grasp your needs, transforming your aspirations into a dream kitchen. Throughout the process, she works closely with you to shape the central space of your home.

Her passion for quality materials is reflected in her distinguished, durable designs. Her aim is to create a kitchen that is ergonomic, functional and unique, perfectly tailored to each customer.

NANCY LEMIEUX- GENERAL MANAGER

A graduate in interior design, Nancy is also an entrepreneur. She started at Macucina as a designer, before quickly becoming General Manager, thanks to her strategic vision and unwavering dedication.

With a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking, Nancy has played a crucial role from the company’s inception. Her analytical mastery enables her to analyze complex design challenges with ease, ensuring that every project exceeds expectations.

AMY MASSIE – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- OPERATIONS

Amy holds a degree in accounting, management and marketing. For the past several years, as Operations Assistant, she has assumed several roles within the company, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to the organization.

Amy is involved in coordinating deliveries and installations, ensuring that every step is carried out with precision to guarantee customer satisfaction. At the same time, she plays an active role in human resources management, promoting a collaborative working environment that fosters individual fulfillment.

In addition, Amy is responsible for supplier relations, maintaining fluid communication and building strong partnerships to meet the company’s needs. Her ability to juggle these varied responsibilities while maintaining a high level of efficiency and quality is a testament to her commitment and passion for operational excellence.

BRUNO JETTÉ – PROJECT MANAGER

With 20 years’ experience in cabinetmaking, Bruno excels in the creation of custom-made furniture, combining aesthetics and functionality with precision. His priority is customer service, and he firmly believes that there’s no problem without a solution.

With 10 years in the factory, he has acquired project management and team coordination skills, which enable him to achieve outstanding results in his current role. Bruno also spent 5 years in production start-up, where his attention to detail and rigor ensured that every project was delivered on time, without compromising on quality.

Passionate and innovative, Bruno is a valuable asset to our team, bringing his expertise and dedication to every project he undertakes.

JEANNINE GIGNAC – ACCOUNTANT

Jeannine, our Finance and Controls expert on the team, brings a wealth of invaluable knowledge and skills to our company! With over 30 years’ experience in the fashion industry, Jeannine holds a degree in accounting.

She is responsible for overseeing our accounting as well as our accounts receivable and payable. Her sense of rigor is unsurpassed, and her attention to detail ensures accurate and efficient financial management.
